DST Investigative Consultancy Service Ltd provides services that deal with the Investigation, Preparation and Review of all case papers in respect of Criminal and Civil Cases and will under take Investigations and Reviews of the many issues which can and do develop within the workplace.

We will provide expert advice, guidance and training to anyone considering introducing an investigation team to their workplace.

We have extensive knowledge of the police complaints system and the work of the Police Professional Standards Department.

We will prepare both criminal and civil case files to the full evidential standard.

We will provide an independent investigation process which is now required for a number of reviews and investigations.

FRAUD INVESTIGATION:

DST has secured the services of Forensic Accountant Michael Grayson, Michael has many years experience working as a Forensic Accountant. He worked at the largest accountancy practice within the UK and conducted forensic assignments in the US, Asia, Europe and the UK.

WORKPLACE ISSUES:

Disputes and problems within the workplace can cost organisations large sums of money and take up considerable amounts of time; we have experience in investigating and dealing with such matters as: Bullying, Equality, Diversity, Fairness in the Workplace and other Grievance Issues.

POLICY AND PROCEDURES:

Having been involved in a large number of major investigations and experienced the problems faced when the correct policy and procedures are not in place we are in a position to write and deliver Policies and Procedures to the Private and Public Sector in such diverse areas as - Anti Fraud and Corruption/Whistleblowing/Confidential Reporting/Drug and Alcohol Abuse/Internal Discipline and many other important areas of work.

When things do go wrong, we will assist you by conducting an independent review which will assist you to identify any shortfalls and areas for improvement.

INVESTIGATIVE TRAINING:

We will provide training both to the public and private sector and would welcome the opportunity to review, train and mentor existing investigation teams within your own work environment and will provide bespoke investigative training to meet your requirements.

POLICE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS:

There is a lot of misunderstanding around the police complaints process, with our extensive "Police Professional Standards" experience which has included working closely with the "Independent Police Complaints Commission" we are able to offer a wide variety of training and advice into this very complex area.

Realising the many issues around the internet and substance misuse we have been very active in pursuing a first class training and awareness package and are now isafely training providers.

“Safer Internet Training for Parents” is the first of what will be a number of training modules which can also be the start to obtaining a recognized education qualification or as part of a person’s continuous development training.
